Words of Prophet ‎ﷺ ‏

The Prophet ﷺ said: “When carried to his grave, a dead person is followed by three, two of which return after his burial and one remains with him: his relative, his property, and his deeds; his relatives and his property go back, while his deeds remain with him.” In life, our focus is mostly on aspects which do not follow us after death. What really remains behind with us after death is neglected. Constant introspection about the life we are leading is essential to know what preoccupies us day and night.
